# Puis-je changer un produit avant réception de ma commande ?

Si vous souhaitez changer un produit, il faut nous contacter rapidement après votre paiement. Nous préparons les commandes dans l'heure suivant la commande, selon la quantité de commandes que nous avons.

Une fois le colis préparé, ou le colis expédié, nous ne pouvons plus changer la commande.

Il vous faudra annuler la commande dans votre espace personnel, ou via le [formulaire de contact](https://www.tousergo.com/content/category/59-contactez-nous). Vous obtiendrez votre remboursement sous 15 jours, afin de passer une nouvelle commande.
